ORLANDO, Fla. Dec.11, 2015 – Tania Matthews with the Tania Matthews Team, Keller Williams Classic III, has been invited to attend the Luxury Property Showcase (LPS) in Shanghai, China, on Dec. 11th-13th, 2015. Tania and her team will have the opportunity to represent and showcase luxury homes in the Greater Orlando Area to future Chinese homeowners and investors. This event also allows the opportunity to interact with prominent property developers from China and leading overseas luxury real-estate professionals.
LPS, Shanghai is an invitation-only event to be held at the iconic Shanghai Marriott City Centre, welcoming a highly targeted audience of luxury real-estate buyers, high-end investors and affluent individuals. Over 5,000 visitors are anticipated to visit this year’s expo.
Foreign investment has increased due to a substantial and increasing level of global wealth, and the U.S is a secure and attractive location for investments and owning property. For the first time, international real-estate clients from China, exceeded all other buyers in terms of unit purchases and dollar volume (purchasing $28.6 billion worth or property), while Canada was second with less than half at $11.2 billion.
“Knowing that four states accounted for 50% of international sales, Florida being one of them, I understand the importance of introducing our market to Chinese buyers and investors, and am looking forward to showcasing the luxury properties I represent to China for consideration and attending future Luxury Property Showcase events in China,” says Tania.
